You’re here because you’re wondering if…

…you should hire me for:

Web Design & Development

I am most often hired for website design. I typically build sites on WordPress because it’s easy for customers to edit, has a huge community, and can be configured to look like anything. If WordPress isn’t your thing, I’m just as comfortable coding from scratch or working in another CMS (content management system) such as Drupal, Joomla, Wix, etc.

Graphic Design

If I’m not working on a website, you’ll probably find me in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Acrobat working on print advertisements, brochure layouts, annual reports, event posters, photo touch-ups, book layouts, marketing collateral, social media branding, restaurant menus, calendar layouts, t-shirt designs, rack cards, area maps, business cards, etc.

Consulting

I enjoy problem solving and connecting people. My educational and professional background has mainly focused on: graphic and digital design, database management, technology solutions, social media, emerging technology, mobile platforms, networks, communication, marketing, games, educational resources, and nonprofit leadership.

IT Support / General Ask-A-Geek

My calendar is often sprinkled with appointments to provide lessons on: using or migrating email, making better use of computers, search engine use, using smartphones/tablets, app recommendations, making regular backups, using music streaming applications, using photo software, etc.

I have assisted 250+ clients under the business name MÉPriestley: Digital & Graphic Design (MÉPDGD) since 2004. This has included digital and graphic design services, IT support, tech/app lessons, marketing and business strategy, and social media implementation.

…I’d be a good fit for your board or committee.

I love meetings. I know – I’m a weirdo. Wait, let me clarify. I love efficient meetings involving people who care to be there. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked away from a board meeting with an adrenaline rush fueled simply by connecting with others over the excitement of an upcoming project. I’m particularly fond of projects involving technology, the arts, education, conservation, and economic/workforce development.

…it makes sense for us to talk.

Why not?! I enjoy listening to project and business proposals, and I’m skilled at asking questions that help analyze. I am constantly meeting random people and learning about a lot of random things. One of my favorite aspects of randomness is making connections between people and information. If I can’t help, I most likely know someone to refer you to.
